Lincolnshire YMCA Ladies Auxiliary
Meetings continue to be held in the George Kelsey Room, each month on a Tuesday. The Ladies have a relatively small number of loyal members and would love other people to join so... if you know of any interested persons please let us know.
They fund raise, when possible, and have a lunch three times a year. An afternoon tea proves most enjoyable and there is a wide variety of speakers during the year with a good range of topics. This year there have been speakers from LACE Housing, Break Charity, The Society for Lincolnshire History and Archaeology and the Editor of “Lincolnshire Life”. Raffles form part of the fund raising and a Bring & Buy Sale proves popular. At the Christmas meeting there is a buffet too. All money raised goes to assist the YMCA in their variety of projects.
